As for your question, it differs quite wildly. As of The Silver Sword, the ages are as follows:
Vartan: 36, Jonas & Quinn: 19, Sara: 28, Ginny: 39, Norbert: 25, Colby: 16, Lothar: 23.
Lambert is technically 34-ish, Scorpius roughly 30, but both are difficult to pinpoint exactly. Also both are, in theory, several centuries old, if you count their actual birth date.
Rose was 30 when she turned, and when they died, Tessa and Ethan were 29 and 34, respectively.
Team was founded 19 years prior to the first story, which makes the character's ages require a very lofty flowchart >..>

You guys do a fantastic job at maintaining the character's personalities, and slipping in some of their history, while telling the story. It is very impressive!
